Representatives of the diplomatic corps accredited in Azerbaijan visited the State Services Centre operating in Shusha as part of their trip to Karabakh and Eastern Zangazur.
The guests became closely acquainted with the working principles and services provided by the Shusha branch of the Karabakh Regional DOST Centre operating there. They were given detailed information about the DOST concept, the “one-stop-shop” system applied at the branch, and the efforts undertaken to ensure residents’ access to social services in the liberated territories.
It was noted that through the Shusha DOST branch, citizens are provided with efficient and transparent services in the fields of labour, employment, and social protection.
The international delegation highly appreciated the implementation of this innovative model of social services in Shusha.
It should be noted that more than 150 diplomats, military attachés, and representatives from 62 countries and international organisations are participating in the visit. The delegation is accompanied by Hikmat Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan and Head of the Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration.
