Diagnostic assessments have already been carried out in 28 enterprises under the “DOST Inspector” project implemented by the State Labour Inspectorate Service under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population together with the National Observatory on Labour Market and Social Protection Affairs.
The assessments covered the application of labour legislation, organization of occupational safety, human resources management, and the use of electronic subsystems within enterprises.
Existing gaps and risks in these areas were identified, and employers were provided with recommendations, training, and consultancy support to eliminate them.
Implemented on a voluntary and free-of-charge basis, the project serves to ensure that labour relations in workplaces are applied in compliance with legislation. It is also aimed at reducing enterprises’ risks of administrative liability.
Joint activities with enterprises within the framework of the “DOST Inspector” project are currently ongoing.
