Implementation of the DOST model in Moldova will begin with a pilot phase.
A Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between the DOST Agency operating under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population and the National Social Insurance House of the Republic of Moldova.
The document was signed by Elena Tibirna, Director of the National Social Insurance House of the Republic of Moldova, and Farid Mammadov, Chairman of the Board of the DOST Agency.
During the meeting, the effective cooperation between the two institutions was highlighted. Discussions focused on the joint efforts undertaken with Moldova's National Social Insurance House to share expertise and support the implementation of the DOST model in Moldova, a country that has shown interest in the system.
It was noted that the new document would facilitate the successful continuation of these efforts and the further expansion of cooperation.
The newly signed Memorandum envisages cooperation on studying the DOST experience and organizing social services based on the "single-window" principle, as well as joint activities aimed at developing modern social service systems. The document outlines the implementation of pilot phases to apply components of the DOST model to the Republic of Moldova's social security system, the establishment of institutional and technical support mechanisms in this area, and the expansion of experience exchange.
It should be noted that, as part of their visit, the Moldovan delegation also visited "DOST Call Center 142" LLC, toured the center's operational areas, and familiarized themselves with the operators' work processes. During the meeting with the delegation, presentations on the center's activities were delivered, and views were exchanged on matters of mutual interest.
