First-half social indicators

During the first half of this year, DOST centres provided services to more than 502 thousand citizens. The level of citizen satisfaction with DOST services reached 99.2%.

Since May 2019, a total of seven DOST centres (in Baku, Absheron and Barda), three DOST branches (in Shusha, Tartar and Neftchala), and three DOST service points (in Zangilan, Kalbajar and Fuzuli) have been established across the country.

Under the internationally recognised DOST concept, 164 state social services are delivered through a one-stop-shop model using modern, efficient and transparent mechanisms focused on citizen satisfaction.
