It highlights the opportunities created by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population’s Centralized Electronic Information System in managing social protection services, integrating data and developing citizen-centered services by creating a unified data environment.
At the same time, ensuring data exchange and real-time cross-checking between public and private institutions through the “Digital Bridge” platform, the use of artificial intelligence-based analytical capabilities, detection of data discrepancies, as well as the proactive assignment of social payments are presented as key components of Azerbaijan’s digital social protection model.
The article states that, as a result of the integrated digital ecosystem, the processing time for applications has been significantly reduced, data quality and service efficiency have improved, and opportunities for providing social protection services in a more flexible and citizen-centered manner have expanded.
It should be noted that the IESE platform operates to improve public services and promote innovative solutions in this field.
