Kanan Akparov, Director of the DOST Digital Innovation Center under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population, participated in the “GovMesh Innovation Festival” held by Singapore’s “GovInsider” organization.

Speaking at the session held within the framework of the festival, K.Akparov provided information about the achievements in recent years in Azerbaijan regarding the wide application of electronic services in the fields of labour, employment, social protection, and social security, and the creation of a proactive service mechanism.

Representatives from Germany, Bhutan, Japan, Indonesia, Montenegro, and Korea also participated in the session alongside Azerbaijan.

There were presentations on the digital experiences of the participating countries. A detailed presentation was also made about the transformations in the state sector in the social sphere in our country and their wide application.

“GovInsider” is a broad platform operating to promote innovations in the public sector. In this session organized by the institution, 2000 people from 20 countries, including more than 300 professionals from the public sector, participated.
