The State Labour Inspectorate Service under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population conducted awareness-raising events on occupational safety at 47 additional enterprises operating in the liberated territories.
The events, held in the districts of Fuzuli, Jabrayil, and Zangilan, were attended by representatives of the Service, the Mine Action Agency, the Small and Medium Business Development Agency, and the State Employment Agency under the Ministry.
The events, which involved 444 participants consisting of employers’ representatives and employees, provided information on the key legislative requirements for ensuring healthy and safe working conditions in workplaces.
Participants were also informed about the implementation of new state standards on occupational safety, workplace certification procedures, the basic principles of mine safety, and methods for preventing risks.
As part of the awareness-raising activities, participants were provided with brochures, booklets, and other informational materials on the relevant topics, and their questions were answered.
