One of the key factors in achieving citizen satisfaction at DOST Centers is ensuring the efficiency and promptness of service delivery.
It should be noted that to date, 7 DOST Centers, 2 DOST branches, 2 DOST service points, and a “Smart DOST” service point have been commissioned in Baku and the regions.
During the past period, more than 4.2 million citizens have benefited from DOST services. The citizen satisfaction rate with these services stands at 98.8 percent.
