The State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population organized another job fair in the Lachin district.
During the opening ceremony, Chairman of the Agency’s Board Hasil Abbasov highlighted the measures being implemented to ensure employment opportunities for citizens who have been resettled or are planned to be resettled to their native lands within the framework of the Great Return Program to the liberated territories.
It was noted that special importance is attached to organizing job fairs as part of these measures, and that 36 job fairs have been organized in the liberated territories in close cooperation with employers during the past period.
At the job fair, 21 enterprises presented nearly 90 vacancies in professions such as information technology engineer, communications engineer, electric and gas welder, waiter, truck driver, confectioner, laborer, blacksmith, security guard, and other occupational fields.
Unemployed and job-seeking participants were provided with detailed information about the vacancies and were directed to suitable jobs. In addition, citizens were informed about the active employment programs and projects implemented by the State Employment Agency.
The Karabakh Vocational Training Center was also represented at the event with its own stand. Unemployed and job-seeking individuals were informed about the Center’s activities, available training courses, and application procedures.
