Minister of Labour and Social Protection of Population Anar Aliyev and the head of the Naftalan City Executive Authority, Vugar Novruzov visited the small enterprises established for Naftalan residents Rovshan Ismayil oglu Gurbanov and Asuda Murshud gizi Juguyeva within the framework of the self-employment program.
With the assets provided under the self-employment program, R.Gurbanov has established a "Printing Services" business, and A.Juguyeva has set up a "Beauty Salon."
They expressed their gratitude to the President of our country for the support provided to help unemployed and job-seeking individuals create their own small businesses. It is worth noting that, during the past period, 224 individuals in Naftalan have established small businesses under the self-employment program.
A.Aliyev and V.Novruzov also visited the Naftalan Rehabilitation Center of the State Medical and Social Expertise and Rehabilitation Agency under the Ministry.
The facility, equipped with modern medical-rehabilitation equipment, provides comprehensive medical, social-psychological rehabilitation services using effective physiotherapy methods for people with disabilities living in Naftalan and surrounding districts. Treatment procedures using Naftalan's therapeutic oil are also applied here.
The conditions created at the center and the services provided to individuals with disabilities were reviewed.
