The “National Identity and History” exhibition was organized jointly by the Social Services Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population and the National Museum of History of Azerbaijan. The event was dedicated to the fifth anniversary of the 44-day Patriotic War and to honour the sacred memory of our martyrs.
During the exhibition, guests and visitors of the museum became acquainted with the personal belongings, photographs, and life stories of the martyrs of the Patriotic War. Each exhibit reflected the traces of the war and the great Victory achieved by our nation.
It was emphasized that under the leadership of the President, Victorious Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev, the glorious memory of our heroes who rose to martyrdom in the Patriotic War — where our army achieved a magnificent historic victory — will forever live in our hearts. The combat path and heroism of our brave warriors serve as a model for future generations.
Later, the State Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan was performed in sign language by beneficiaries of the Vocational and Labour Rehabilitation Centre for Persons with Disabilities under the Social Services Agency. The event concluded with a captivating concert program presented by the “Parla” Inclusive Cultural Collective.
