An artificial intelligence–based digital assistant service, “iDost”, has been launched on the e-Social portal of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population to improve the quality of services provided to citizens.
Through the “iDost” section located on the platform’s main page, citizens can directly access relevant electronic services or obtain detailed information about them simply by typing their requests, without searching through the site menu. For example, based on queries such as “I want to check my pension” or “I need to obtain an electronic certificate”, the artificial intelligence directs users to the appropriate service within seconds.
“iDost” is capable of promptly answering citizens’ questions related to pension provision, social payments, disability, obtaining certificates, and other social services. Users can freely type their questions and receive the necessary information and service links.
One of the key advantages of the system is the presence of an interactive communication mechanism with citizens. In order to improve the quality of responses provided by the artificial intelligence, a special evaluation function has been created. Users can rate the answers with stars and share their feedback and suggestions, thereby contributing to the further improvement of the system.
