The State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population, in collaboration with “Bir Ecosystem”, has launched a vocational training course for call centre operators as part of the “Qayıt İş 2” project.
The course is intended for residents of the territories liberated from occupation.
At a meeting held to mark the launch of the vocational training course, it was noted that the “Qayıt İş” project, which is a successful example of cooperation between the public and private sectors, aims to create sustainable employment opportunities for residents of the territories liberated from occupation.
The aim is to enable former internally displaced persons who have returned to the territories liberated from occupation, particularly young homemakers, to work remotely in the banking sector and earn an income without having to leave their homes.
The call centre operator training course will be organised by the State Employment Agency’s Karabakh Vocational Training Centre at the head office of “Birbank”. During the course, participants will acquire the relevant professional knowledge and skills. Candidates who successfully complete the training are expected to be employed by “Bir Ecosystem” afterwards. Ten people have been enrolled in the initial stage of the project.
It should be recalled that in November last year, under the “Qayıt İş 1” project, the “m10” and “Milliön Telesatış” centres were launched in the city of Fuzuli as part of “Bir Ecosystem”. Sixteen residents of the Fuzuli District were employed under this project.
