According to the survey results, 97.4 percent of respondents stated that they are satisfied with the Project, while 93.5 percent reported that they are already making sales through the business they established with the Project’s support.
With the support of the World Bank, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population implemented another survey to assess and measure the satisfaction of beneficiaries of the “Employment Support Project”.
It should be noted that the Project aims to expand the self-employment programme based on best international practices and to support unemployed persons from vulnerable groups in establishing small businesses.
The survey covered individuals who, in 2025, were provided with equipment under the “Employment Support Project” and established small businesses in production and service sectors.
It was found that 99.5 percent of respondents successfully completed business training under the Project and defended their business plans.
Among them, 97.4 percent expressed satisfaction with the Project, 93.5 percent reported that they are already selling products and services through the business established with the Project’s support, and more than 50 percent stated that they wish to expand their businesses.
In addition, more than 60 percent of those who established small businesses under the Project last year reported an increase in their household income as a result of these businesses.
