Within the framework of the "Support to Employment Project" implemented by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population with financial support from the World Bank a monitoring mission from the World Bank met with a group of beneficiaries in Shamakhi.
During the meeting, which was attended by the Project Implementation Team, a constructive exchange of ideas took place and the beneficiaries received relevant recommendations on developing small businesses.
Later, a public hearing was held in Shamakhi to raise awareness and engage the target groups intended for the project.
The event, attended by job seekers, unemployed individuals, and those interested in starting their own businesses, provided detailed information on the project's goals, objectives, and scope. The participants were also informed about the environmental and social requirements during the project implementation, the expected benefits of the program, as well as the application and participation procedures.
Videos showcasing success stories of beneficiaries who have established their own businesses under the project were also presented.
At the end, the participants' questions were answered, and relevant recommendations were provided to those interested in starting their own businesses within the framework of the project.
