Social indicators for 11 months

In January–November 2025, 811 thousand citizens received services at DOST centres.

Since May 2019, 7 DOST centres, a “Smart DOST” service point in Aghali village of Zangilan, a branch of the Karabakh Regional DOST Centre in Shusha, as well as DOST service points in Kalbajar and Fuzuli have been opened across the country.

Based on the internationally highly regarded DOST concept, state social services are delivered through a one-stop-shop, using modern, flexible and transparent mechanisms, with a strong focus on citizen satisfaction.

The level of citizen satisfaction with DOST services stands at 98.7 percent.
