Social indicators for 10 months

From January to October 2025, DOST centers provided services to 739 thousand citizens.

Since May 2019, 7 DOST centers have been opened in the country, along with the “Smart DOST” service point in Ağalı village of Zangilan, the Shusha branch of the Karabakh Regional DOST Center, and the Kalbajar DOST point.

Based on the DOST model, which is highly valued internationally, state social services are provided “through a single window,” with modern, flexible, and transparent mechanisms, ensuring citizen satisfaction.

Citizen satisfaction with DOST services is 98.6 percent.
