Social Indicators for the eight-month period

A total of 5.2 million requests were made to the electronic services of the Ministry of

Labour and Social Protection of Population during January–August 2026.

During the reporting period, 181,000 assignments were made proactively through the e-infrastructure, while 521,000 electronic certificates were issued in the fields of labour, employment and social protection.As a result of the extensive digitalisation programme implemented in the social sphere in recent years, more than 90 percent of the Ministry’s services are now provided electronically.

The Ministry’s e-systems are integrated with the information databases of nearly 80 institutions. Including inquiries received from these institutions, the number of inquiries, applications and services processed through the e-systems of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population amounted to 273 million during January–August this year.
