Social indicators for the first four months
During January–April of the current year, the State Agency for Medical and Social Expertise and Rehabilitation under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population provided rehabilitation services to 44,6 thousand persons with disabilities.
Of them, 22,9 thousand received outpatient rehabilitation services, 11,1 thousand received inpatient and community-based rehabilitation services, while others benefited from mobile, online and social-psychological rehabilitation services.
In addition to traditional methods, rehabilitation institutions of the Agency apply advanced rehabilitation practices in line with international experience, including robotic rehabilitation, social-psychological rehabilitation, yoga, hippotherapy, dance therapy and other methods.
Alongside inpatient and outpatient services, these institutions also provide community-based, telerehabilitation and mobile rehabilitation services.
