Social indicators of the first quarter
44,300 pensions, allowances and benefits were defined proactively through the electronic system during the months of January-March 2023. Of them, 10.3 thousand pensions, 34 thousand allowances and benefits were assigned.
The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population electronicized the determination of pensions, and later allowances and benefits starting from the beginning of 2019.
These e-appointment systems ensure the appointment of the mentioned social payments through the e-system without applying to the citizens and without submitting documents if their rights arise.
30 electronic reference services have been created within the framework of the electronicization program for labor, employment, social security, disability, rehabilitation and other fields in recent years. 110,000 e-references were issued to citizens through these e-services in the first quarter of this year.
