Social Indicators for the First Five Months

During the first five months of this year, DOST centres provided services to 416 thousand citizens. The level of citizen satisfaction with DOST services reached 99.2 percent.

Since May 2019, 7 DOST Centres, the “Smart DOST” service point in Aghali village of Zangilan, branches of the Karabakh Regional DOST Centre in Shusha and Tartar, and DOST service points in Kalbajar and Fuzuli have been established.

Based on the internationally recognised DOST concept, state social services are delivered through a one-stop-shop model using modern, flexible and transparent mechanisms focused on citizen satisfaction.
