Social indicators for the first 4 months
During January–April of this year, 335 thousand citizens were served at DOST centres. The satisfaction rate with the DOST services provided reached 99.2 percent.
Since May 2019, 7 DOST centres, the “Smart DOST” service point in the Agali village of Zangilan, branches of the Karabakh Regional DOST Centre in Shusha and Tartar, and DOST service points in Kalbajar and Fuzuli have been opened across the country.
Based on the DOST concept, which has also been highly appreciated internationally, 162 public social services are provided through a “one-stop shop” system using modern, flexible, and transparent mechanisms focused on citizen satisfaction.
