Social indicators for 4 months
During January-April of the current year, 300 thousand citizens were served in DOST centers.
Since May 2019, 7 DOST centers have already been opened in our country, a “Smart DOST” service point in the Aghali village of Zangilan, and a branch of the Karabakh Regional DOST Center in Shusha.
Based on the DOST concept, which is also highly appreciated at the international level, state social services are provided through a “single window”, with modern and flexible, transparent mechanisms, in accordance with citizen satisfaction.
Citizen satisfaction with DOST services is 98,5 percent.
