28 children were adopted, including 13 boys and 15 girls in I quarter of 2023.
The management in the field of adoption has been entrusted to the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population on the basis of the Decree of President Ilham Aliyev, since November 1, 2019. İn this area, electronic management and services were provided and the adoption process is carried out through the e-system in the past period.
Monitoring is carried out every quarter in the first year of adoption, and once a year in the following years until the children reach the age of 18, in order to monitor the physical and moral development of adopted children in families. 155 monitorings were conducted in this direction in the first quarter.
As a result of reintegration measures, 36 children, 19 boys and 17 girls, were returned to their biological families from social service institutions in the last 3 months.
