Social indicators for the first quarter
In the first quarter of this year, 237 thousand citizens were provided with services at DOST centres. The satisfaction rate with the services delivered by DOST was 99.2%.
Since May 2019, a total of 7 DOST centres have been established in the country, along with a “Smart DOST” service point in the village of Aghali in Zangilan, as well as branches of the Karabakh Regional DOST Centre in Shusha and Tartar, and DOST service points in Kalbajar and Fuzuli.
Based on the DOST concept, which has also been highly appreciated at the international level, 162 state social services are delivered through a “one-stop shop” system, using modern, flexible, and transparent mechanisms, and in line with citizen satisfaction.
