Social indicators of the first quarter
In the first quarter of this year, DOST centers provided services to 213000 citizens.
Since May 2019, seven DOST centers had been established in the country, along with a "Smart DOST" service point in the village of Aghali in Zangilan, and a branch of the Karabakh Regional DOST Center in Shusha.
Based on the internationally recognized DOST concept, state social services are provided through a "single window" model with modern, flexible, and transparent mechanisms, ensuring citizen satisfaction.
The citizen satisfaction rate with DOST services stands at 98.5%.
