Social indicators for two months
In January and February of this year, the State Medical-Social Expertise and Rehabilitation Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population provided 21300 rehabilitation devices to people with disabilities.
Among these, 1500 were wheelchairs (including 35 motorized wheelchairs), 497 were upper and lower limb prostheses, 237 were hearing aids, and 713 were crutches, walking sticks, and elbow crutches.
Additionally, 642 pairs of prostheses and 901 pairs of orthopedic shoes, 25 corsets, and other rehabilitation devices were also provided to people with disabilities.
In total, 3400 people with disabilities were equipped with rehabilitation devices during the first two months of this year.
