The electronic services of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population received 2,1 million applications during January–March 2026.
During the reporting period, 63 thousand appointments were carried out proactively through e-infrastructure, while 197 thousand electronic certificates were issued in the fields of labour, employment, and social protection.
As a result of the large-scale digitalisation programme implemented in the social sector in recent years, more than 90% of the Ministry’s services are currently provided electronically. The Ministry’s e-systems are integrated with the information databases of up to 80 different institutions.
Including inter-agency requests, the total number of queries, applications, and services processed through the Ministry’s e-systems in the first quarter of this year reached 81 million.
