Social indicators for the first five months

During January–May of this year, the State Medical-Social Expertise and Rehabilitation Agency under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population granted disability status to 19.4 thousand individuals.

Of these, 8.6 thousand received disability status for the first time, while 10.8 thousand received a reassessment of their disability status.

Disability assessments are carried out electronically based on information contained in referrals submitted to the e-system by healthcare institutions.

Following the determination of disability status, social payments related to disability are assigned proactively through the electronic system.
