Social indicators of 2025
A total of 2.1 million citizen applications submitted in written and electronic form, via the “142” Call Center, and through social networks were responded to.
Last year, 1.9 million citizens were received at the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population and its institutions.
Of these, nearly 200 thousand people were received by senior officials of the Ministry’s Apparatus, its institutions, and local units, while 1.7 million people were received in the reception offices of the Ministry’s Apparatus, its institutions, local units, and at DOST centers.
In addition, in 2025, 2.1 million citizen applications (including 532 thousand in written and electronic form, 85 thousand via social networks, and 1.5 million through the “142” Call Center) were responded to.
The applications were reviewed and answered in accordance with legislation, and explanations were provided regarding inquiry-type applications.
