Employees of Baku DOST Center No. 5 of the DOST Agency celebrated the 100th anniversary of another elderly citizen receiving home-based social services — Gila Novruzova — together with her at her home.

During the visit, the Center’s employees congratulated her on her birthday and conveyed their best wishes on behalf of the Agency’s management and staff.

Expressing her satisfaction with the visit, G. Novruzova thanked them for the attention shown to her.

Gila Novruzova was born in 1926 in Western Azerbaijan and was awarded medals and orders for her services on the home front during the Second World War. Since 2023, she has been receiving social and household services from Baku DOST Center No. 5.

It should be noted that such events are regularly organized by the DOST Agency for individuals from socially vulnerable population groups.
