The National Observatory on Labour Market and Social Protection Affairs operating under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population has received another important international certificate: the institution has been awarded the ISO 30401:2018 international certificate.
This certificate defines the requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving knowledge management systems within organisations. The main objective of the ISO 30401 international certificate is to support the transformation of knowledge into value.
The National Observatory conducts research in the fields of labour market and social protection, collects analytical data, supports policy development, and ensures knowledge sharing.
Implementation of the standard will contribute to carrying out these activities in accordance with international standards and to improving institutional performance.
