According to the Resolution No. 172 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated May 30, 2014 on “Procedure for carrying out public hearings and public discussion of draft legal acts prepared by central and local executive bodies and local self-government bodies” to obtain feedback, comments and suggestions from civil society institutes, individual citizens, experts for public hearings and public discussions on draft legal acts central and local executive authorities ensure that the draft projects remain in specific sections of the official website for 60 days and 10 days if the upper executive body determines 3 months or less for drafting a legal act.
