Director of “DOST Digital Innovations Center”
Kenan Eyvaz oglu Akperov
He was born in 1991 in the Jalilabad.
He obtained his bachelor’s degree from Azerbaijan State University of Economics in 2008 and his master’s degree from Baku State University in 2012.
From 2010 to 2014, he worked in several local companies related to Information Technology.
Since 2014, he has held the position of Sector Manager at the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population, and from 2019, he served as Head of the E-Services and Innovations Department.
He currently continues his work as the Director of the DOST Digital Innovations Center.
