Director of “DOST Inclusive Development and Creativity Center”

Elnara Mammad gizi Ansari

She was born in 1979.

From 1996 to 2000, she studied at Azerbaijan State University of Economics, Faculty of Accounting and Auditing.

From 2001 to 2014, she held various positions in the International Relations Department of the State Social Protection Fund. From 2014 to 2024, she served as Deputy Head of the International Relations Department at the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population.

Since October 1, 2024, she temporarily performed the duties of Director at the DOST Inclusive Development and Creativity Center.

On April 9, 2025, she was officially appointed as Director of the DOST Inclusive Development and Creativity Center.

She was awarded the “For Excellence in Public Service” medal by the decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

She speaks English and Russian.

She is married and has two children.
